Foreclosure Lists and Information

For information hounds, there is a plethora of real estate websites that offer free foreclosure lists to actively searching buyers. I have found the information provided is often inaccurate and not really useful. I am still trying to figure out how knowing the number of NOD (notice of defaults) or addressess of defaulting property is useful to someone wanting to buy foreclosure property. (i.e Forclosure.com) Banks and institutions are not setup to sell individual homes to investors. There is no way to ‘buy-direct’ from the banks, and the information from such sites are often sold as ‘leads’ to agents that are not interviewed or pre-screened.

If you have questions about foreclosure property, we are experienced REO brokers with foreclosures in San Diego from almost every major lender. Post your question or comment here. We’ll write back. If lists of foreclosures are what you are after, we can help you there too.
